Our process involves us working with you to submit the appropriate forms and information to the relevant Energy Retailer or Distribution Business, follow up and track the progress of application and update Registered Electrical Contractor. (REC).
ELECTRICAL WORKS REQUEST (EWR)
An Electrical Works Request is required for any new connection or alteration on a premise, which is then uploaded to the Electrical Partners (EP) portal.

We handle it from start - end. To do this, providing us with key information will enable us to streamline the process.

PHASE UPGRADE
Action is required before upgrading an existing electrical supply. We can process this request by bridging the gap between yourselves (the customer) and the Retailer or Distribution Business so nothing gets lost in translation.

UNDERGROUND PIT REQUEST
If you're wanting to convert an overhead electrical supply to underground, we have you covered. This can apply to New Dwellings or sub-divided premises.

In order to arrange this, we require some critical information in which we can provide to the Retailer or Distribution Business and liaise on your behalf before, during and after the transaction is complete.
